Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Product Owner to join our Automation and Tools team. In this role, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a portfolio of enterprise applications that drive automation, streamline IT operations, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with engineering teams, stakeholders, and business partners to deliver scalable solutions that reduce manual effort, strengthen security posture, and enhance operational efficiency.

What will you do
  • Manage the roadmap and backlog for a portfolio of applications supporting IT operations.
  • Define product requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, service delivery, risk, HR, procurement, and desk-side support) to deliver high-value features.
  • Lead initiatives to automate manual tasks, integrate disparate systems, and optimize IT processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create executive dashboards and reporting solutions for real-time insights.
  • Ensure application reliability, performance, and compliance with enterprise security and vulnerability standards.
  • Drive iterative delivery through Agile practices, balancing long-term strategy with urgent business needs.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure product success and identify opportunities for improvement.
What do you need to succeed?
Must have
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Systems Analyst in enterprise IT services.
  • Proven experience managing multiple applications and technical initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong technical acumen, with experience in SQL, system integrations, REST APIs, and IT automation tools.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft MECM, ServiceNow, and Azure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in reporting and dashboarding.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
Nice to have
  • Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with search and analytics platforms like Elasticsearch.
  • Experience with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation workflows.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and IT compliance.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.
