A leading construction firm in Metro Vancouver seeks a Health & Safety Senior Advisor to ensure compliance with HS&E practices at project sites. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications. This position offers a salary range of $79,600 to $109,450 annually, along with a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
As the Health & Safety Senior Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the application of professional Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) practices at a project or work site. You’ll provide expert advice and guidance to both operations teams and clients, while leading and mentoring HS&E personnel. This role requires an experienced safety professional with strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels.
$79,600 - $109,450 annually
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
