A digital creative agency is seeking a Creative Strategist to manage the video production process for various brands. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly. This role offers a full-time, remote position with an annual salary range of $55K–120K USD, including performance bonuses.
About the role:
We are currently hiring Creative Strategists to manage the creative production process for our portfolio of brands at BM Digital. As a Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for managing the entire video production and iteration process end-to-end, from concept to scriptwriting to live testing on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Google Ads.
Creative Strategists are the storytellers behind each video ad. This person is creative and analytical: they must be able to communicate a clear message through short form video and determine the best ways to vary content for different audiences. They will utilize both video and written language to craft compelling stories out of raw footage. They work alongside content creators and video editors but should have a demonstrated proficiency with visual communication and pacing.
