Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Record-to-Report (R2R) projects, enabling process improvements and delivering scalable, best-in-class solutions. This role will focus on end-to-end project execution — from discovery and design through deployment and enablement — while closely partnering with operational support teams to ensure ongoing alignment, feedback integration, and enhancements that strengthen financial systems and processes.

As a trusted advisor and project leader, you will collaborate across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Systems teams, driving innovation in Oracle R2R and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Job

Solution Implementation and Leadership

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle R2R solutions, including GL (with Intercompany), Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and Fusion Accounting Hub.
• Lead R2R workstreams throughout project lifecycles: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and transition to support.
• Partner with operational support counterparts to ensure seamless handoffs, alignment on system feedback, and collaboration on enhancements.

Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable system solutions.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams in an agile environment to deliver high-quality, timely results.
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement

• Drive R2R process improvements that enhance reporting, reconciliation, and period‑closing cycles.
• Monitor Oracle Cloud ERP feature releases and evaluate emerging technologies, including AI/automation, for relevance to R2R optimization.
• Promote organizational learning through internal knowledge‑sharing sessions and enablement initiatives.

Team Development and Leadership

• Mentor junior analysts and project team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance on analytical, technical, and stakeholder management skills.

Security and Controls

• Contribute to discussions on Oracle security and access design, ensuring proper controls for R2R modules.
• Partner with stakeholders to align project activities with audit and compliance requirements.

About You

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud, including hands‑on experience with GL, FA, and Cash Management.
• 3+ years in Oracle Fusion.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, close cycles, and subledger‑to‑GL data flows.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with operational support teams and integrate feedback into project design.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and process modeling skills.
• Collaborative and empathetic communicator who builds trust across Finance, Systems, and Support teams.
• Curious, forward‑thinking, and passionate about leveraging technology to improve financial processes.
• Thrives in fast‑paced environments, balancing structure and flexibility to achieve impactful results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Financials Cloud: General Ledger Certified Implementation Professional certification.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in global, agile delivery environments.
• Familiarity with automation, AI capabilities, or advanced reporting solutions that enhance R2R processes.
