What You Will Do

As a Stryker Sports Medicine Sales Representative, you are a trusted partner in brilliant visualization and unrivaled connected OR solutions. Stryker’s visualization platform enables you to distinguish anatomy across all minimally invasive procedures, while providing a simple, yet personalized experience.   • Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
  • Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s values: Integrity, Accountability, People, and Performance
  • Directly responsible for the promotion and sale of Stryker products
  • Educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Products
  • Direct product evaluations in operating rooms, hospitals and office settings
  • May assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings
  • Keep Regional Sales Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis
  • Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion
  • Assist in the training and development of sales personnel
  • Manage and maintain a sample inventory of products
  • Must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation
What You Need
Required:
  • Post secondary education
  • 1-2 years of sales or clinical experience
Preferred:
  • Degree in business with an emphasis in marketing, or a degree in a health related discipline, science, or kinesiology
  • 3+ years of sales experience
Additional Information
  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations.
  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered.
  • Must have a valid driver's license
