A healthcare facility in Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to stable patients. Responsibilities include promoting health and coordinating evaluations of care. Candidates must be registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario and possess basic computer skills, with membership in RPNAO preferred. The position is casual and permanent, with a pay rate of $38.07-$38.61 per hour.

Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager, Long Term Care Manager and Chief Nursing Officer, Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) are accountable to provide quality nursing care to stable patients and residents whose outcomes are predictable. RPNs work on both the Acute and Long-Term Care units and promote health, assess, plan, provide, coordinate and evaluate care and treatment with the ultimate goal of achieving the best possible patient outcomes. Delivery of patient care and professional practice is consistent with the scope of practice of the Registered Practical Nurse as defined by the College of Nurses of Ontario, and the policies of the Hospital.
