Opportunity Overview:

POP MART is seeking a strategic and experienced Real Estate Manager to lead the expansion of our retail stores and ROBO SHOP vending machines across Canada. As a global pioneer in designer toy culture, POP MART is rapidly growing its physical presence, and this role is key to identifying, securing, and launching high-impact retail locations.

In this position, you will oversee site selection, lease negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the successful rollout of new stores and ROBO SHOPs. Your deep understanding of the Canadian commercial real estate landscape—particularly top shopping centers and business districts—will be essential in driving our expansion strategy. You’ll also build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders to support long-term growth.

What You Will Achieve

  • Responsible for Store and Robo Shop development, including site information collection, site visits, evaluation and analysis, investment budget, and summary
  • Complete contract modification and business negotiation to deliver new Store and Robo Shop opportunities
  • Coordinate with various departments to complete the launch and landing of Stores and Robo Shops
  • Build and maintain relationships with key account holders and landlords

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • At least 5 years of experience in site selection and commercial real estate leasing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to support POP MART's growth through additional special assignments.
  • In-depth knowledge of top shopping centers and major business districts across Canada.
