Overview

The EV Service Delivery (EVSD) team designs, builds, and operates the company’s public EV charging network, one of the widest reaching and most reliable public charging networks in the province. As EV adoption grows in B.C., our network is growing too. This includes the need to proactively educate drivers about EV charging and promote the use of our network, which are key elements in supporting the Province’s transportation electrification goals.

What you will be doing
  • Execute and/or project manage communications and marketing activities in collaboration with other stakeholders, including: email newsletters, social media posts, web updates, call centre agent training, education materials, promotional campaigns, news releases, and major events.
  • Work closely with the company’s Communications team and other internal business groups
  • Support Marketing Strategy administration and workshop development
  • Actively work with other EVSD team members to facilitate network improvements that enhance customer experience across various touchpoints, including: on-site charging, mobile app/digital platforms, call center customer support, EV education throughout the purchase journey, events, pilots and research.
What you must have
  • Minimum 2 years of related experience or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the company’s EV charging business and the EV industry
  • Experience developing and executing outcome-oriented communications and marketing initiatives (e.g. user signups, revenue generating campaigns, awareness tactics)
  • Experience providing a high level of customer service, and building productive stakeholder relationships
  • Experience developing, tracking, and analyzing key marketing metrics
  • Experience developing and leading marketing/communication strategies and project plans
  • Excellent collaboration, writing, communication, facilitation, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter who can identify opportunities for improvement, take ownership of assigned projects, and see them through to success
  • Experience driving or charging an electric vehicle, and/or working in a regulated utility is considered an asset
Other requirements
  • Ability to attend in-person meetings at the company’s downtown Vancouver office at least 2 – 3 times a week
  • Ability to travel within the Lower Mainland for work-related events and initiatives

Salary/Rate Range: $53.00 -$65.00 per hour

Term: 12-month contract; most likely to extend
