Salary: $96,235 to $115,642 (AS-05: $96,235 to $104,044; AS-06: $107,193 to $115,642)

Work environment: PSPC provides centralized services such as real estate, building management, purchasing, banking, pay and pensions, and translation. Experience:

  • Recent and significant experience managing a diverse real property portfolio in Canada, including crown-owned, leased, or residential properties.
  • Experience in managing financial resources, budgets, expenses, and revenues.

For AS-05 only:

  • Experience developing reporting tools and procedures using Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff.

For AS-06 only:

  • Experience managing resources and teams, setting objectives, and evaluating performance.
  • Experience building partnerships, assessing risks, and providing facility-related solutions.

Other qualifications:

  • Knowledge of project management delivery methods.
  • Experience with financial management systems like SIGMA, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Knowledge of energy management and facilities assessment.

Knowledge for AS-06 only: Relevant legislation, codes, and standards related to property management.

Abilities: Effective oral and written communication skills.

Additional considerations: Self-declaration for employment equity groups encouraged. Willingness to travel, work overtime, and possess a valid driver’s license required. Security clearance is mandatory.
