The Process Engineering group in the Advanced Imaging department has an opening for a Process Engineering Specialist with experience in process design and the setup of advanced assembly equipment in a clean room environment.
The primary focus will be planning manufacturing process flows, designing processes, and creating machine programs for wire bonding, die bonding, wafer dicing, and other specialized assembly processes. The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, control methods, and quality assurance practices.
