About The Position:

• Assist walk-in clients and discuss their insurance needs
• Answer phone calls from clients when available
• Create and produce insurance policies
• Identify and sell additional coverages for existing clients
• Complete policy reviews and renewals

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service, Personal Lines Insurance at a brokerage
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Experience in EPIC or similar BMS software

Benefits:

• $50,000 – $65,000 salary depending on experience, plus commission on new business
