Your Role

As a Parts Manager, you will be at the helm of our parts department, responsible for driving profitability while maintaining the highest standards of guest service. You’ll be responsible for overseeing inventory management, establishing and maintaining good relationships with wholesale customers, OEMs and vendors, and working closely with the service & sales departments to guarantee a seamless guest experience. Your leadership and organizational skills will be pivotal in directing the activities of the parts department and contributing to the overall success and profitability of the dealership.

Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Parts Manager in a franchise dealership, with year over year profit growth
  • Understand the importance of providing an exceptional customer experience to both internal and external customers
  • Strong understanding inventory management, and department profitability
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal & external customers, OEMs and vendors
  • Valid Ontario G Driver’s License with no demerit points
