Our team is involved at every stage of the tax dispute process, from pre-litigation to litigation before provincial and federal courts and tribunals.

As a vital member of our Tax Litigation & Dispute Resolution team, you will actively participate in all stages of the dispute process. Collaborating closely with partners, associates, paralegals, and administrative support, you will play a key role in assisting our clients throughout their dispute resolution journey.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong sense of initiative. The successful candidate will proactively anticipate and identify next steps while confidently taking ownership of executing and managing them. They will be comfortable speaking up, suggesting improvements, and driving tasks and projects forward to ensure they remain organized and successfully completed
