Overview

Roska DBO Inc. is currently seeking an Office Administrator for our busy client located in St. Albert, AB. This is an office-based position on a Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support with data entry, document review and accounts payable.
  • Preparation of reports
  • Data input and analysis
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives and visitors at all times
Qualifications
  • 2+ years administration experience
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe with the capability to learn new programs quickly.
  • Experience with Open Invoice, PM Suite and Maximo considered an asset
  • Preference given to those with post secondary education in office adminstration or other relevant continuous education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail orientated
  • Highly organized and able to multitask
  • Critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and team player
