An established financial services organization is seeking a NOC Operations Analyst to provide senior-level support for its global network infrastructure. This role will lead shift operations within the Network Operations Support group, ensuring high availability, strong incident management, and effective collaboration across global teams. The environment spans LAN, MAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, load balancer, and optical network solutions—requiring both deep technical skills and leadership presence.
The position involves leading a team through complex operational issues, escalating promptly when necessary, and ensuring smooth shift handovers with comprehensive documentation. You will also engage in incident calls, manage vendor escalations, and drive improvements through automation, process optimization, and mentoring of team members. This is a high-visibility role that combines technical authority with hands-on operational leadership.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in network operations or production environments with proven incident management expertise
CCNP certification and strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, load balancers, and WiFi technologies
Proficiency with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as SevOne, NetBrain, Infoblox, ExtraHop, or ThousandEyes
Desired Skills & Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience within a NOC or network support team, including managing escalations and shift handovers
Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Experience identifying automation opportunities, improving processes, and creating high-quality operational documentation
