Responsibilities
- Take ownership of tasks required for project delivery, collaborate with other Analysts and Consultants, and provide support for Project Managers and Senior Leaders in the group.
- Undertake and communicate foundational research, implement research approaches as defined by project leadership teams, and communicate research findings in concise memoranda, presentations, charts, and graphics.
- Participate in and contribute to environmental engineering analyses, including air, noise, soil, water, and waste management; support project development and design to mitigate environmental impacts; collect baseline data; model and assess potential effects; ensure compliance with applicable environmental legislation and standards.
- Prepare technical reports, including calculations and modeling of impacts for air quality, noise, soil and groundwater contamination, and surface water.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses such as economic and fiscal impact studies, benefit-cost analysis, and climate-change-related analyses; assist with urban development/redevelopment feasibility and market studies.
- Support case-study research on trends in urbanization, transportation, energy, and economic development; contribute to socio-economic analyses for infrastructure and real estate projects.
- Engage in urban design, zoning, and land use planning studies; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and global peers.

Qualifications
- A recent or soon-to-be graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science/Studies, Environmental Planning, Economics, Urban Planning/Studies, Architecture, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of environmental policy, environmental science/engineering, urban planning, economics, or land use; quantitative skills and experience with modeling (environmental, climate change, financial, and real estate analyses).
- Ability to undertake research and compile information from multiple sources; prepare and present submissions/reports to support projects and ensure quality deliverables.
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, deadline-driven, with an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset; ability to work with limited data and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel and PowerPoint preferred; basic InDesign familiarity is a plus.
