Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in warehouse, logistics, and/or supply chain.
• Experience managing up to 10-15 people.
• Ability to work with computer and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and daily operational activities of the warehouse.
• Develop and implement goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for logistics.
• Set clear KPIs for team members and monitor performance.
• Oversee cycle counting and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization.
