The ITS Sales Associate is located in Etobicoke and will report directly to the Operations / Sales Manager and, from time to time, will support the Division Manager. Their primary focus is sales and customer service of key clients in the ITS industry.

Responsibilities

• Constant communication with existing clients and prospects
• Presenting Velociti Innovation (VI) ITS solution to existing clients and prospects
• Participate in conferences, webinars and trade shows
• Coordination and communication with existing ITS suppliers
• Assisting Operations / Sales Manager and Division Manager in establishing new lines of business with new ITS applications / technologies
• Assisting Operations / Sales Manager and Division Manager with market analysis to develop key initiatives and marketing strategy
• Supporting field technician in terms of coordination and communication with clients
• Submitting monthly business reports to the Operations / Sales Manager and Division Manager
• Working with marketing unit to develop a marketing plan and assist them with technical write-up and questions
• Assisting business development unit with technical write-up for RFPs / RFQs
• Pricing ITS work orders and assisting estimating team with financial proposals

• Civil / electrical engineering certificate (B.Eng) would be an asset
