Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our High Touch Account Management. In this role you will serve as a strategic advisor, relationship manager and advocate for your portfolio of clients. You’ll own renewals, drive product adoption, identify growth opportunities and partner with clients to deliver measurable value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex challenges and has a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Serve as the primary point of contact for CRE clients, maintaining regular communication via site visits and virtual check-ins. Deeply understand each client’s portfolio goals and tech environment. Conduct business reviews to discuss performance metrics and make strategic recommendations.
  • Adoption & Enablement: Deliver tailored onboarding and training sessions to support product adoption. Monitor client usage data and proactively address adoption challenges. Provide ongoing product insights that align with evolving CRE and regulatory trends.
  • Retention, Growth & Strategic Expansion: Ensure client retention and satisfaction through engagement and value delivery. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities aligned to client goals including other Altus offerings. Meet or exceed renewal and expansion targets.
  • Support & Issue Resolution: Manage client escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with Product Support and Advisory teams. Track all open issues through to resolution with transparent communication.
  • Client Insights & Reporting: Use tools to document client engagement and monitor client health. Analyze usage, satisfaction and feedback to inform strategies. Create dashboards and reports to share insights and support planning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver a unified and high-impact client experience. Develop client-facing content like case studies and testimonials. Continuously improve client success processes using CRE-specific insights.
Key Qualifications
  • 2 years in sales, account management or customer success
  • BA in Sales, Psychology, Business, Real Estate or similar
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Background in commercial real estate, SaaS or B2B software preferred but not required
