Hourly Rate: $24.80
Education: $930.00 per week during the classroom/online studies
Are you ready to start a meaningful career where you can make a real difference in the lives of seniors? Through the Health Career Access Program (HCAP) you’ll earn while you learn, gaining hands‑on experience and the education needed to become a registered Health Care Aide – all while being paid!
Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will transition into Health Care Aide roles and are required to complete 12 months of service with the Village.
As an integral member of our healthcare delivery team, you’ll provide essential non‑clinical support to enhance the quality of life for clients and residents. Your duties will include:
