Exterior Cleaner, you will ensure the overall cleanliness of the exterior areas of CrossIron Mills Mall. This full time shift is 5:00AM - 1:00PM.

Your work will include:

• Sweep cigarette butts and litter, pine cones, leaves etc.
• Clearing Garbage - left garbage of the tenants along the compactors.
• Remove garbage and wipe down garbage bins
• Operate various equipment (sweeper, blower, etc.)
• Remove stickers and graffiti if needed
• Report maintenance issues
• Remove Pallets along the corridors and put into proper disposal.
• Attend all required health and safety training and use PPE where indicated
• Can communicate English with the client.
