Job Description

Elevated dining in the heart of Toronto! As a valued team member, you will deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Your responsibilities include ensuring all china, silverware, glassware, flatware, and small wares are clean, sanitized, and presentation-ready. You will also support kitchen operations by maintaining product availability and cleanliness of equipment.

  • Operate and clean conveyor dishwashing machines safely and efficiently.
  • Scrape and thoroughly wash pots; return to designated area.
  • Follow WHMIS and MSDS guidelines for handling cleaning supplies and chemicals.
  • Sweep and mop floors; clean counters and shelves; manage recycling and waste.
  • Assist with receiving and storing incoming products and supplies.
  • Help set up, take down, and store buffet table props and equipment.
  • Manage recycling bins, including storage, drop-off, and disposal.
  • Adhere to MLSE service standards and health & safety policies.
  • Comply with the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
  • Perform additional cleaning and kitchen duties as needed.

Qualifications
