Job description
Overview

As a Digital Acquisition Specialist, and under the supervision of the Digital Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for designing, managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms. Your main objective will be to generate qualified leads, increase awareness and maximize the performance of our marketing actions. You will work closely with the content, design, data and CRO teams to ensure consistent and effective campaigns, aligned with our acquisition objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads;
  • Implement acquisition and remarketing strategies adapted to the different user journeys;
  • Define, monitor and analyze KPIs (CPC, CPL, CPA) and produce regular reports with recommendations;
  • Collaborate with the CRO team to improve the efficiency of landing pages and optimize conversion rates;
  • Work with the content and design team to develop high-performance ads (text, visuals, videos);
  • Perform A / B testing (audiences, messages, formats) to continuously improve performance;
  • Ensure constant monitoring of new advertising trends and best practices in paid media;
  • Contribute to international projects in collaboration with several campuses in the network.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in managing digital advertising campaigns;
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads;
  • Strong understanding of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Segment, Power BI, etc.);
  • Experience in conversion optimization (CRO) and digital performance monitoring;
  • Fluency in the French language (oral and written);
  • Proficiency in the English language at a professional level (oral and written);
  • Fluency in the Spanish language (an asset).

This role involves frequent interactions with internal and external customers and partners on a national and global scale. Professional proficiency in English is therefore a requirement for this role.
