What You Will Accomplish With Us

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Compensation, as a Compensation Advisor, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Evaluate positions and make strategic recommendations regarding compensation.

  • Conduct compensation analyses to support strategic decisions and share key trends.

  • Contribute to the evolution of compensation policies and strategies, as well as communications related to our employee value proposition.

  • Advise our internal partners on compensation matters.

  • Participate in market studies, surveys, and annual salary reviews.

  • Manage annual processes (compensation, promotions, salary adjustments) to ensure equity and competitiveness.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership in designing programs that enhance the employee experience.

  • Participate in bold, cross-functional initiatives in total rewards.

  • Optimize processes and maximize operational efficiency through sustainable improvements.

  • Organize and actively participate in various communications related to compensation programs (workshops, presentations).

  • Is recognized for their analytical skills and ability to turn complex data into strategic recommendations.

  • Stands out for their listening skills and ability to understand needs to propose tailored solutions.

  • Has advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL, R, or Python is an asset.

  • Demonstrates strong advisory and influencing capabilities.

  • Is known for collaboration and the ability to create synergies within a team of professionals.

  • Has several years of experience in compensation or a related field.

  • Possesses intermediate or advanced knowledge of English, as you will regularly interact with English-speaking managers.

  • Has an advanced level of French in order to collaborate regularly with French-speaking colleagues and managers.
