A leading insurance brokerage is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to manage customer relationships and promote a full suite of insurance products. You will negotiate with underwriters and prepare marketing submissions while benefiting from extensive support and training. As a Commercial Account Executive you have the opportunity to promote HUBs full suite of insurance products and services from a recognized global leader in the industry. Through our Sales Enablement team our producers are supported by best-in-class research tools and programs to continuously provide timely insight and information to our customers. Additionally HUB has an internal sales rewards initiative Superior HUB Awards & Recognition Program (SHARP) which celebrates the top performers in the field annually at an offsite retreat.

What you will bring to our team
The compensation for this position is a variable structure (base salary plus commission). The expected base salary for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 plus commissions paid based on sales performance. Total compensation varies with book of business, skills, experience, location, and business line scope. HUB International offers comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and eligible bonuses for some positions.
