Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our center, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service to parents and visitors. Your primary responsibilities will include handling phone calls, scheduling tours, confirming appointments, and assisting parents with inquiries and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule tours and confirm appointments for prospective families.
  • Serve as a liaison between parents and the center, addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming center.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
Requirements
  • Ability to work between 2-7pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday for 9a-2:30pm
  • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing).
