Requirements

• Language proficiency in English and at least one other language.
• Interpretation experience preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• USB wired headset.
• Windows 8+ or mac.
• Steady wired internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing on-demand calls and accurately conveying the meaning of conversations between English and other language speakers.
• Breaks the communication barrier in different fields (Health, Government, Insurance, Finance, Legal) that may involve simple or complex subjects.
• Process information quickly, concisely and accurately.

Job Type

• Fully remote position.

• Per minute rate - based on experience and languages.
