  • Create scalable, innovative business solutions by working closely with cross-functional teams across fraud, analytics, underwriting, pricing, technology, claims, revenue, vendor management, etc.
  • Foster an innovative mindset and be ready to challenge status-quo by adopting new ways of doing things, automating existing tasks and proposing self-serve tools to our partners.
  • Design and manage intuitive dashboards and tools that offer a unified, real-time view of the fraud detection and prevention, enabling smarter decisions across the organization.
  • Champion data integrity and accuracy by establishing validation methods and clear documentation practices.
  • Advance data literacy across the team, promoting best practices in business intelligence and data storytelling.
  • Mentor and support team growth, sharing technical knowledge and business insight to uplift team capability.

  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially for quality control and data validation
