Area Sales Manager, Western Canada

Our client is a fast growing, family-owned manufacturer known for exceptional service, next day shipping, and a dealer experience that is fast, easy, and human. They are expanding their presence across Western Canada and the Pacific Northwest and are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to build and grow a superior presence in the regions that beats the competition, and positions our client as the superior supplier in service and quality.

What You Will Do
  • Grow existing dealer base across Western Canada and acquire new qualified dealers in other regions in North America as they are added to your portfolio.
  • Build strong relationships with showroom teams, train staff, and ensure that displays are installed and maintained at a high standard
  • Introduce new products and drive adoption across all dealers in your region
  • Proactively engage interior designers, builders, and multi family developers to win specifications and push demand back to dealer partners
  • Pursue large project opportunities and strengthen our client’s presence in multi unit and high rise developments
  • Spend the majority of your week in the field during peak showroom hours, especially early mornings
  • Work closely with internal inside sales, sales assistants, and customer service teams
  • Capture insights from the field and provide product, market, and competitive feedback to leadership

  • Comfortable with travel monthly and quarterly across Western Canada
  • Early morning availability suited to showroom hours
  • Excellent organization, follow through, and discipline in managing territory plans and reporting
  • Ability to work independently in a remote field based role while staying closely connected to the internal team
  • Hands on capability to install or adjust showroom displays with basic tools
