Core Duties
- Weigh, mix, portion, and shape doughs per standardized recipes
- Support oven operation, baking schedules, and quality control
- Package, label, and prepare products for retail and wholesale orders
- Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in production areas
- Follow established production systems and procedures
- Assist with ingredient prep, inventory staging, and basic equipment use
- Small, family-run team

- Combination of back-of-house production and limited front-of-house interaction
- Early mornings and daytime shifts
Mandatory Requirements
- Interest in long-term career development in baking or food production
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
- Willingness to interact with customers professionally
- Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Compliance with all food-safety policies

Experience
