Core Duties
  • Weigh, mix, portion, and shape doughs per standardized recipes
  • Support oven operation, baking schedules, and quality control
  • Package, label, and prepare products for retail and wholesale orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards in production areas
  • Follow established production systems and procedures
  • Assist with ingredient prep, inventory staging, and basic equipment use
  • Small, family-run team
  • Fast-paced, production-focused bakery
  • Combination of back-of-house production and limited front-of-house interaction
  • Early mornings and daytime shifts
Mandatory Requirements
  • Interest in long-term career development in baking or food production
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Willingness to interact with customers professionally
  • Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Compliance with all food-safety policies

Experience
