Overview

What is the Opportunity?

You will provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Single Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings and fee and interest schedules. The competence with which you will carry out your duties will have major impact on the credibility of the department, both within and outside the Bank.

You must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal in order to resolve the various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily. You will be provided with 6 weeks' training.

What will you do?
  • Process periodic Letter of Credit fees and facility fee transactions for Syndicated Deals in loan systems as required by the Credit Agreement for the assigned portfolio of Borrower Names.

  • Ensure payments are reconciled in accordance to the Agent’s notice in timely fashion in accordance to each credit facilities’ Credit Agreement terms.

  • Strictly adhere to Operating Guidelines for all reconciliation, reporting activities, independently solve complex investigations, ensure timely resolution of all outstanding issues (particularly at month end).

  • Ensuring timely escalation of any non-payments.

  • Process interest and fee transactions in ACBS as required by the Credit Agreement.

  • Input or verify information in payment systems (BESS, RIMMS, RFT) as required for payments which cannot be processed through ACBS.

  • Action items in all internal accounts including Adjustment Suspense.

  • Act as a backup to other Administrators on the team.

  • Acts as verification officer for all ACBS two touch transactions for team members.

  • Assist with the daily reconciliation of the internal accounts by following up for missing entries.

  • Ensure Chase account is actioned daily and there are no aged items without documented explanation.

  • OMS comments must be added/updated daily without prompting.

  • Solve complex investigations independently using good judgment and analytical thinking

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • University degree or College Diploma or any equivalent combination of qualifications and/or experience

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment

  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines

  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and abilityidentify issues and suggest solutions

  • Communicate effectively with people at various levels, both internally and externally

  • Quick learner who can handle high volume

  • Comfortable with ambiguity in order to determine tasks requested
