Your Moneris Career – The Opportunity

This role is accountable for the hardware and software asset lifecycle including acquisition, tracking, reconciliation and decommission. This includes managing the hardware and software attestation process, reconciliation of software licenses to vendor agreements and accurate tracking and allocation of hardware assets

Location: You will be based in our Toronto office, balancing in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Manager, End User Services

Posting Type: Replacement Position

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $66,000 - $93,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do

• Maintain accurate and auditable hardware and software asset records in ServiceNow, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
• Manage the full asset lifecycle, including lease deployments, returns, and asset disposal, ensuring timelines, documentation, and chain of custody are maintained.
• Oversee inventory management and forecasting to ensure adequate stock levels and availability of critical hardware and consumable items across all locations.
• Coordinate software licensing and end‑user communication services (desk phones, mobile, conferencing), ensuring compliance, continuity, and effective reassignment of resources.
• Conduct regular hardware and software audits, provide asset, and inventory reporting, and recommend improvements to operational processes and workflows.

A day in the life of the End User Services Analyst:

• Lifecycle planning & forecasting → supporting refresh and renewal planning through accurate asset data, inventory trends, and cost awareness.
• Financial awareness (supporting role) → contributing data and analysis for Capex planning, lease forecasting, and inventory spend decisions
• Asset Tracking & Data Management→ Daily updates and maintenance of asset records, inventory control, and reconciliation activity. Experience with ServiceNow ITAM is a strong asset.
• Compliance & Audits→ Ensuring governance, risk controls, documentation accuracy, and audit readiness for both hardware and software assets.
• Stakeholder Coordination→ Working closely with IT operations, finance, vendors, leasing partners, and leadership to support asset‑related activities and decisions.
• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement → Identifying inefficiencies, supporting process improvements, tracking KPIs, and contributing to cost‑reduction and operational‑efficiency initiatives.

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience and post‑secondary education in a related technical field of study or a combination
• Understanding of Information Technology terminologies, ITAM lifecycle and experience with ServiceNow an asset
• Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to manipulate data and formulas
• Team‑oriented with the ability to accept responsibility and work
• Bilingual, English & French (is considered an asset)
