Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales managers to support their day-to-day needs
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and pricing proposals
  • Help launch new products (onboarding, packaging, compliance)
  • Create and analyze reports for key accounts
  • Be the communication link between customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Monitor projects and deadlines to keep everything moving forward
  • Share promotions and marketing campaigns with clients
  • Double-check orders for accuracy and resolve any issues quickly
  • Recommend ways to make processes smoother and more efficient
