Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive Trainee will gain hands-on experience in all manufacturing departments in Mississauga, as well as in customer service, quality, finance, and sales, to develop a solid understanding of each function. Performs lead generation and customer prospecting. This role is designed to prepare the successful candidate for an Account Executive position within 18 months to 3 years.
The training will include active participation in manufacturing operations, learning about our network and capabilities, and supporting sales through activities such as prospecting, market research, project coordination, report preparation, and system utilization.
Upon completion of the program, the candidate will be assigned to a sales territory. The role requires flexibility and willingness to relocate within the region to meet business needs.
