Qualifications
- Experiência em vendas, operações ou vendas técnicas, idealmente em mercados de tecnologia ou industriais.
- Confortável em ambientes incertos e de rápidas mudanças.
- Paixão por tecnologia, especialmente na indústria de cerveja/fermentação.
Responsibilities
- Desenvolver e executar a estratégia de go-to-market no Brasil.
- Construir relacionamentos fortes com clientes.
- Atuar como parceiro para os fundadores em decisões de negócios.

Job description
Qualifications
- Design and execute our go-to-market strategy in Brazil.
- Prospect, close, and onboard early brewery customers.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, translating feedback into product improvements.
- Work closely with the dev team to prioritize features and deliver customer-ready solutions.
- Own customer success: ensure smooth onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
- Act as a sparring partner for the founders in business decisions, helping steer the company direction.
- Represent Nxus Brew at events and with partners.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated by building something from scratch.
- Experience in sales, operations, customer success, or technical sales, ideally in tech or industrial markets.
- Comfortable working in uncertain, fast-changing environments.
- Passion for technology, with a plus if you have exposure to the brewing/fermentation industry.
- Able to inspire and convince customers and partners with a mix of vision and pragmatism.
- Skilled communicator in Portuguese and English.
- You see yourself as a potential cofounder and are excited about taking responsibility and ownership.
- Above all, you want to work with a young, committed team with a start-up mentality.
