Near is a startup focused on bridging the gap between remote Latin American talent and companies hiring in the US and abroad. Our team spans 20+ members across four different countries. We've landed numerous great customers and have helped hundreds of people from LatAm improve their lives and wallets with jobs at US companies. We're looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Account Executive who is autonomous, creative, and enterprising to join our team. This is a financially rewarding opportunity with a highly competitive compensation structure – uncapped commission. If you can source and qualify leads effectively, you'll make a lot of money.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets
  • Expand revenue originated from existing accounts
  • Create new opportunities through outbound prospecting.
  • Close inbound leads
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Leverage our existing network to get referrals
  • Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends.
  • Become an expert in the staffing industry.
