Qualificações

  • 2+ years of customer support or helpdesk experience, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including Service and Sales Hubs.
  • Proven success managing support tickets.
  • Experience supporting outbound sales workflows.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Position Summary We are looking for a Customer Support & Revenue Operations Specialist to join a fast-growing real estate startup in the U.S. This is a hybrid role that combines helpdesk support, HubSpot operations, outbound sales assistance, and light marketing support.

The ideal candidate has strong experience managing support tickets, excellent communication skills, deep familiarity with HubSpot, and the ability to multitask across customer support, RevOps, and sales processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support & Helpdesk (40–50%)
  • Serve as the primary responder for inbound support tickets from users.
  • Monitor, triage, and resolve issues through HubSpot Service Hub.
  • Maintain strong response / resolution times with empathetic, professional communication.
  • Document common issues and build internal resources or playbooks.
HubSpot Operations & Administration (20–25%)
  • Manage and optimize workflows, pipelines, automations, and ticket management across HubSpot.
  • Maintain data accuracy for contacts, deals, and support tickets.
  • Support setup and QA of new sequences, processes, and automation in HubSpot.
  • Pull basic reports on sales activity, ticket volume, and marketing performance.
Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting (20–25%)
  • Execute outbound email campaigns and sequences targeting prospects such as real estate agents or brokers.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads following defined playbooks.
  • Set calls and demos for the sales team.
  • Track all activities and updates inside HubSpot.
Marketing Support (5–10%)
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, list building, and segmentation.
  • Support basic digital marketing tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer support or helpdesk experience (B2B SaaS experience preferred).
  • Hands‑on experience with HubSpot, including:
    • Service / Operations Hub (tickets, workflows, automation)
    • Sales Hub (pipelines, deals, sequences, tasks)
  • Proven success managing support tickets as a core responsibility.
  • Experience supporting outbound sales workflows, sequences, and appointment setting.
  • Familiarity with email marketing or digital campaign support.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced startup environment with shifting demands.
  • Availability to work 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM MST.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in real estate or PropTech industries.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, ClickUp, and Canva.
  • Experience building support documentation, macros, or knowledge base articles.
  • Track record of improving support metrics or boosting outbound meeting conversions.
