This role is ideal for a highly skilled backend developer who excels in C# / .NET and has a strong focus on writing maintainable, scalable, and secure code.
You will play a key role in shaping architecture, ensuring system performance, and embedding best practices while working in a fast‑paced and innovative environment. This is a 100% remote, full‑time role. Salary $ USD to $ USD.
- Develop and maintain applications: Build, enhance, and maintain secure, scalable backend services using C# / .NET and integrate with APIs like Plaid, Dwolla, and Treasury Prime.
- Shape system architecture: Contribute to system design, ensuring performance, scalability, and security across FinTech applications.
- Write quality code: Implement and test maintainable, well‑documented code, with a focus on automation and software best practices.
- Support production systems: Monitor and troubleshoot production applications to ensure high availability and quick issue resolution.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with front‑end, QA, product, and IT teams, while mentoring junior engineers.
- Focus on security and compliance: Embed security best practices and maintain compliance with FinTech regulations.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, particularly in Azure DevOps.
- Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.
- 6+ years of back‑end software development experience.
