We are looking for a Lead BSS Business Analyst to join our Implementation Engineering teams located throughout the LATAM region. As a BSS Domain technological subject matter expert (SME), you will be responsible for leading a team providing cost‑effective solutions to business and technical challenges faced in large/complex telecommunication projects. Business Analysts are working as a company’s representatives in front of the enterprise customer.

• Provide guidance to the leadership service provider to better understand and articulate the challenges.
• Define and document measurable criteria for solution assessment, proposing solution(s) and bring best practice.
• Focus on ensuring the quality of business requirements for enterprise client. Provide "best practice" in understanding the client requirements, telecom products and network aspects in order to align the business’s needs.
• Analyze, design and deliver projects using the baseline capabilities of existing products, managing stakeholder and expectation management.
• Collect and collate business requirements for B2B telecom products on various network technologies.
• Guide and coach business stakeholders through the requirements gathering process.
• Lead a team of Junior BAs.
• Provide clarification and act as a point of reference for business requirement inquiries by solution design and project delivery teams.
• Work with project teams agreeing on an approach and keeping them informed of progress.
• Facilitate workshops to understand and specify detailed requirements and solution behavior.
• Work closely with delivery team to ensure functional and non‑functional completeness of the solution.
• Create comprehensive and unambiguous documentation that outlines stakeholder requirements, traceable for the testing team and understandable for the development team.

• 8+ years of technical knowledge to understand high‑level architecture and technical requirements around BSS/OSS/CRM solutions for telecom projects.
• Experience with BSS (CRM, Quotation, Catalog), OSS (Provisioning, Activation, Inventory) and billing.
• Strong business analysis background, preferably in a telecom company.
• Team organization skills, able to work simultaneously on multiple assignments.
• Knowledge of business analysis principles and methodologies.
• Proven ability to work BSS/OSS functionally to drive accurate capture of requirements and resolve information shortfalls.
• Experience working with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to collaborate and solve challenges.
• Proven experience in business and/or IT transformation projects or B2B products.
• Availability to work from the office in a hybrid mode (at least 3 times per week).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
