A global bio-pharmaceutical company in São Paulo is seeking a Senior Manager with expertise in Oracle EBS financials to lead LATAM finance initiatives. This role involves acting as a Subject Matter Expert, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with IT for improvements. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead independently. Ultra‑innovative role to tackle rare and dynamic challenges. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle R12 ERP systems, providing end‑user support, troubleshooting GL/AP/AR/FA/PO/OM issues, managing system configurations, testing new features, training business users, and collaborating with IT for upgrades/patches. Focus on ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance across financial modules and related business processes.
Flex: Requires on‑site presence 2–3 days per week (or more depending on business needs). Flexible locations; days set by the business.
