Position Summary

Ultra‑innovative role to tackle rare and dynamic challenges. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle R12 ERP systems, providing end‑user support, troubleshooting GL/AP/AR/FA/PO/OM issues, managing system configurations, testing new features, training business users, and collaborating with IT for upgrades/patches. Focus on ensuring data integrity, process efficiency, and compliance across financial modules and related business processes.

Work Model

Flex: Requires on‑site presence 2–3 days per week (or more depending on business needs). Flexible locations; days set by the business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Oracle EBS R12 SME for financial and procurement modules.
• Lead LATAM finance system initiatives across one or multiple lines of business.
• Lead LATAM project delivery: analyze & evaluate business requirements, provide solution recommendations.
• Lead project implementation of local financial systems from initiation to deployment, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Manage day‑to‑day support and project activities; chair project management team meetings.
• Provide on‑site leadership for third‑party accounting and business teams, motivating members to meet milestones.
• Act as gatekeeper for quality control checks and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate with IT on system‑related process improvement initiatives, including business requirements, risk assessment, and business impact analysis.
• Support LATAM Oracle EBS and other finance systems: solution design, integration testing, UAT.
• Interface with users to improve application understanding and provide guidance on effective approaches to utilize modules, tools, and data.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 12+ years experience with Oracle EBS financials & procurement modules, techno‑functional.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Understanding of financial close, consolidation, Oracle localization for tax, and AR/AP modules.
• Strategic thinker with mental flexibility to grasp problem details and the big picture.
• Strong collaboration skills; translate process issues into functional and technology requirements.
• Ability to work and lead independently, set priorities, and manage multiple duties.
• Experience with BI process automation, financial planning, and reporting preferred.
• Experience implementing & maintaining LATAM IT solutions.
• Integrity, honesty, and clear communication.
• Global pharma or biotech experience desired.
