Job description

Mission:

Frowning the Technical Support of customers in all project phases: Starting from proposing conceptual solutions serving customer's requirements to troubleshooting the development of embedded computing hardware and software.

  • Be the technical point of contact for customers
  • Understand customer technical requirements and propose technical solutions based on Toradex products
  • Proactive support customers with technical questions and ensure they don´t have their development cycle delayed by issues
  • Influence customers with an outcome-driven mindset accelerating both customer time-to-market and Toradex time-to-revenue
  • Acts as a strategic partner across the customer journey, FAE ensures customers gain maximum value from Toradex’s hardware and software solutions. This includes close collaboration with Saels Team to support design-ins, strategic opportunities, and consultative technical selling
  • Escalate issues with domain expert team
Roles and Responsabilities:
  • Improves conversion rates of sales opportunities by delivering timely technical support, targeted enablement, and close collaboration with Technical Sales Engineers to provide consultative, solution-oriented guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Increase Toradex success by working with the team to identify upsell opportunities during customer development by promoting complementary Toradex offerings such as Torizon Cloud and Toradex Solutions services.
  • Promotes Toradex’s technology through technical evangelism, enabling customers to become advocates and success stories.
  • Reply to the technical inbound inquiries of customers (Community, Zendesk, or requests by the sales team) within 2 days for mid/high priority leads/customers.
  • Ensures fast, high-quality resolution of support and RMA cases, improving customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Constantly update customer and market information in CRM.
  • Support the sales team by showcasing the superior technical values of Toradex products.
  • Commercial awareness to focus on opportunities. Understand customer needs rather than reply to questions.
  • Provide market feedback to management about customer requests, painful loses, etc…
  • Contribute to the content of the developer center
  • Participate in exhibitions/webinars
What we are looking for:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish is a differential
  • Graduation in Automation/Mechanics/Electronics/Mechatronics area
  • Experience 5+ years in Sales/Tecnical/BizDev positions
  • Working from the office in Campinas - Hybrid (80-20)
  • High Performance Minds
  • Skilled in understanding customer requirements and find solutions with the support of internal team.
  • Ability to align internal teams to unblock customers and accelerate time-to-value
  • Collaborative mindset, working closely with Sales, DevEx, PM teams
  • Knowledge about Embedded Hardware and SoMs
  • Knowledge of Toradex Strategic Target Markets
  • Knowledge in Embedded Linux and Software Development for Embedded Systems
  • Ability to understand customer architectures and guide them toward successful implementations
  • Knowledge on SaaS (Torizon Platform Area)
  • Consultative Sales Experience on technology area.
  • Experience selling value and communicating cost of ownership.
  • Experience on Complex Sales involving multiple stakeholders.
