Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible Reconciliation Specialist (Junior level) to join our team at Playtech's new Brazilian Playtech Managed (PTMS) Services in São Paulo – SP. If you have a strong attention to detail and good analytical thinking, we want to hear from you!
- Execute reconciliation of all daily transactions – incoming and outgoing.
- Review and analyze transaction data.
- Identify discrepancies and resolve them.
- Monitor and handle disputed transactions, compromised accounts, and recovery of funds.
- Check bank statements and monitor suspicious activity.
- Make sure all bank transfers are familiar to the license.
- Collaborate with other teams.
- Take care of all documentation related to transactions.
- Have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Are a native Brazilian Portuguese.
- Are a graduate in Finance, Accounting, or any related field.
- Are familiar with auditing procedures and financial systems.
- Have strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Have computer literacy skills and are familiar with MS Office.
- Having previous experience in a similar position.
