Business Architect – Bilingual (Portuguese & Spanish)

The Role: We are seeking a Business Architect to join our growing international team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our clients’ business needs and EIS’s powerful technology platform. You’ll lead discovery sessions, define solutions, and partner closely with delivery teams to implement complex insurance software solutions across Latin America and other global markets.

This is a remote position with a preference for candidates who speak both Portuguese and Spanish fluently and have experience working with clients in Latin America.

• Lead requirements discovery and business design sessions with insurance clients.
• Analyze client needs and translate them into EIS product configurations and business process recommendations.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful implementations.
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on digital transformation and core system modernization.
• Document business processes, user journeys, and system interactions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders across diverse regions and cultures.

• Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance, consulting, or enterprise software.
  • Deep understanding of insurance processes (Life, P&C, or Health).
  • Experience with business architecture, requirements elicitation, and enterprise transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required.
  • English proficiency is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (~10–20%).
• Preferred Experience:
  • Prior work with insurance core platforms (e.g., EIS Suite, Guidewire, Duck Creek, etc.).
  • Experience in digital transformation, policy administration, or claims systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
