We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will be instrumental in driving client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting. You will lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts, ensuring that every strategy is executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth for our clients. Your actions and decisions will reflect the core values of CTC Global, covering the entire spectrum of CTC’s Strategic Forecasting methods and the foundational principles of media acquisition. You will be a proactive partner in client success, maintaining clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations, building trust and client relationships, and positioning CTC as a strategic leader in performance marketing. You will represent and advocate for CTC\'s unique approach to media acquisition and its tools, setting a high standard for efficiency, scalability, and a results-focused approach. ONBOARDING

- Manage and collaborate with team members of your pod, including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas and execute the Prophet system for your clients.
- Build Growth Forecasts for your clients, including:
- Growth map using the Prophet System
- Data analysis for the map
- Marketing calendar alignment with clients
- Daily execution and actualisation vs forecast; deconstruct and adjust projections to meet KPIs.
- Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans for the future.
- Be among the first to pivot when needed and lead in obstacle-rich situations.
- Maintain insatiable curiosity and seek multiple solutions.
- Implement CTC\'s Meta best practices and build campaigns using our structure.
- Upkeep of ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets; run tests to beat best-performing campaigns.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
- Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
- Daily alignment with client on forecast and strategy.
- Execute Prophet system on schedule with 100% adherence.
- Deliver all work on time with optimal quality and attention to detail.
Client Communication
- Champion communication; align clients on Growth Map goals and next steps, ensuring the team has clear deadlines.
- Send daily performance updates to the client.
- Ensure daily alignment of strategy and forecast with the client.
- Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
- Share learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate on ideas across teams and contribute to future company content production.

COMPENSATION AND CAREER
SALARY RANGE
- First month: $2,000
- Second month: $4,000
- Third month (average): $7,000
- 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000-$76,000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000-$120,000
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
