About the role:
Weare seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented individual to leadand manage the Affiliate Marketing program as an Affiliate Manager. Inthis role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, andrecruiting new affiliates, influencers and partnerships to increaseprogram distribution, while working closely with the BusinessDevelopment team on prospecting new accounts. You will also be a keyplayer in account management, ensuring strong relationships withaffiliates and partners. Additionally, you will collaborate withinternal marketing teams to develop and implement strategies thatsupport affiliate programs.
You should be able to workautonomously, setting a roadmap and performance goals, while alsothinking and acting strategically. You will develop structured plansand be ready to execute hands-on with a start-up mentality. This rolerequires both leadership and operational involvement.
