Job Description

Utilize advanced CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and business metrics. Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for business growth. Leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to enhance customer segmentation, targeting and personalization strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce Analytics technologies. Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
