Leverage Salesforce Analytics capabilities to enhance customer segmentation, targeting and personalization strategies. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce Analytics technologies. Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
