A tech start-up is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist clients primarily in Brazil and globally. You will engage through intercom, provide technical support for Meta and Google marketing, and process product feedback. Ideal candidates are self-starters fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, willing to stay in the role for at least 2 years.   • Engage with clients primarily through Intercom, chat, and email.

About the Role
  • As a Customer Support Specialist at ROI Hunter you’ll be at the forefront of client assistance, primarily engaging with them through Intercom, as well as other communication channels such as chat and email. You will serve clients in the Brazilian market and globally.
  • You will provide technical support regarding Meta and Google marketing issues within our platform.
  • Processing and discussing product feedback with our product managers and reporting any discovered issues.
  • Shaping ideas for continuous improvement and new learnings.
About You
  • Self‑starter based anywhere in Brazil, capable of working remotely.
  • Enthusiastic about technical support and willing to stay in the position for at least 2 years.
  • Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, with patience and empathy.
  • Basic knowledge of Meta and/or Google Ads is a plus.
  • Familiarity with basics of SQL and Internet browser development tools.
  • Home office setup already ready.
