We are looking for a reliable Billing Specialist to perform tasks that will help us monitor our revenues.

• Verify and validate billing data by reviewing contracts, purchase orders, and project records to ensure correct invoicing.
• Generate and issue invoices accurately and promptly to support SLAs.
• Create customer statements of account periodically or as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date revenue and accounting records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as Finance and Delivery, and with ClientGroup leaders for smooth billing and revenue operations.
• Handle customer billing inquiries professionally and investigate issues.
• Monitor outstanding balances and resolve discrepancies or overdue payments.
• Send payment reminders and follow up on unpaid invoices.

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet all minimum qualifications below. Even if you do not meet all preferred qualifications, we encourage you to apply.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Billing Clerk or in related Finance/Accounting roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with relevant software like QuickBooks is a plus.
• Knowledge of laws and confidentiality standards.

• Academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
