Run paid search like a performance business
Build, launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across :
Own performance outcomes : ROAS, CPL, CAC, MQL? SQL quality, booked calls, revenue
Be the "funnel detective"
Audit landing pages, lead flow, tracking, and conversion paths
Use GA4, GTM, call tracking, CRM data, heatmaps, and dashboards to find :
Make AI + automation part of the operating system
You don't need to be a developer, but you doneed to already speak the language :
Automate :
So you spend time optimizing, not playing spreadsheet whack-a-mole.
Build a team
Document processes and turn wins into repeatable playbooks
Help hire + train junior buyers / assistants
